Description: Original signed antique oil painting still life that dates to the late 19th or early 20th century. A handsome composition of watermelon, grapes and apples, it is signed "A. Lemarchand" at the lower left. It is an oil on canvas mounted on stretchers and measures 12 x 24 inches. It is in original antique condition, there is a small gummed paper patch on the reverse corresponding to a 1/4 abrasion to the front surface a few inches above second apple from right, otherwise excellent original condition commensurate with age.
