Done in a style similar to Pearlstein, we could guess that the artist was a student or in the circle of Pearlsteins artistic influence. The painting is signed Ruggiero and while there are a lot of artists with that last name out there, we could not narrow down the artist who created this painting. Please see the signature in the lower left corner as well as the signature on the reverse wooden stretcher. The painting is in overall fine condition with a nice gallery frame.
