There is no COA for this item because I did not purchase this item, it was given to me by the teams. I have enjoyed it long enough and now it's time for it to be displayed on another fan's shelf, man cave or curio cabinet. This football has not been handled (except by the players), refilled with air or used in any way (other than in the championship game).
