FEATURES -ECWCS Level 7 – This level consists of a high loft insulated parka and trousers set that are for wear in extreme cold conditions while static. The parka and trousers are wind and water resistant and meant to be worn as the outer most layer in dry (non wet weather conditions, snow on the ground is ok) environments where movement is limited. -Oversized Clothing – This clothing item is oversized to fit over gear worn on the torso or other gear and clothing worn beneath. Part Of ECWCS – This is part of the US Army Extended -Cold Weather Clothing System that is used to protect the wearer from cold to extreme cold weather situations and environments. The system consists of 7 levels of clothing and various accessories that can be worn in multiple configurations. When worn properly in appropriate conditions the system is designed to keep Soldiers warm in temperatures from +40 degrees to -50 degrees Fahrenheit.
