The diodes are fully tested and guaranteed to perform as designed. The diodes must be powered by a current regulated power supply or driver and the current should not exceed 4.5A and the nominal voltage is around 5V. The diodes must be installed in a sizable heatsink and kept cool whilst operating or failure will occur. Diode windows must be kept free from any foreign substances or failure will occur.
