Description: This is a new old stock 1998 EMD locomotive window art. This comes with a suction cup for attaching to a window. This is made of metal with a faux slag glass that reflects light. When held in the light you see a nice green and orange glow. I didn't photograph this as I realized afterwards. This measures about 3 1/2 X 2 3/4 inches. This comes in the original unmarked box.
