Description: New old stock Saginaw GM part 7813687. Steering column shaft we found in several GM parts books. Chevrolet: 1973-74 Chevelle except Tilt. GMC: 1973-74 Sprint exc tilt. Oldsmobile: 1973-74 All A Body except option N33 (we assume that is tilt wheel). Buick: 73-74 All A Body exc Tilt wheel. Probably for Pontiac A Body too, but we do not have that parts book to verify. PLEASE do your research for your car before buying - no returns. Chevy parts books from this era would have an exception noted if it was not for all Chevelle models like Monte Carlo, Laguna, El Camino and Malibu. In this case, there are no exceptions listed - except tilt wheel. We don't have a Pontiac parts book to confirm if this is for Pontiac A Body as well. The Saginaw tube was still sealed before these photos. Saginaw used a piece of foam packing at the threaded end. The foam was in bad shape - see first couple photos - the foam will not be included.
