Description: Here is the book Norwood: Or Village Life in New England by Henry Ward Beecher. It is 5.5" x 8.25", 160 pages, and was published in 1868 by Charles Scribner and Company. It was rebound with a leather spine and corners by Ihling Bros. & Everard of Kalamazoo MI. From what I found online Everard joined the Ihling Bros. in 1879 and the company was later know for producing Masonic accessories. It has the original owners name written inside - John D. Follmer Muskegon MI 1869 and later stamped R.W. Follmer - Palo Alto CA. It is in good shape, just normal wear from age, see the photos. Buyer pays $5.50 shipping within the US.
