Original 2006 issue on CD. Disc is pristine with no visible issues, graded VG+. Original jewel case has a 3" crack on the front that does not affect the structure of the case. It does have a 3" crack on the back that does kinda affect the structure of the case, but the case is not completely destroyed, graded G+. Could've used a replacement case, but some people might be picky about having the original case. Booklet is in good shape. Graded conservatively so you won't be disappointed!
