No items have been tested for a few years, and everything is sold as is, but there is no reason to believe they are not in good working condition. The console turns on and off, and the eject system works correctly. The controllers also turn on and off. Do note that the controllers did have batteries in them for several years that decayed, but the controllers have since been cleaned. The Wii Sports game looks to have some scratches on the disc, but the last time I played it it worked perfectly and very enjoyably! The MotionPlus set comes with its box, so consider that as open box. I have not tested or cleaned any other part of the bundle, but nothing seems out of the ordinary for any of them as far as I can tell.
