Description: Nice Clean some what hard to find restored for operation Lafayette Comstat-35 with 23 Channels from my vast collection vintage tube radios. This radio has 23 factory channels installed. Radio transmits and receives on all 23 channels. Receiver sensitivity is to spec and transmitter output is about 3.5 watts dead-key with nice forward swing to 12-14 plus watts PEP and good crisp audio. All electrolytic and film capacitors on bottom side have been replaced along with several parts to restore operation. Weak or shorted tubes have also been replaced. Has minor scuffs and scratches due to aging and wear since 1972. Includes as shown radio, New Superstar microphone, and power cord. I made a few contacts running barefoot on channel 13 with good reports! Good operational tube unit to work stations using a nostalgic radio from the past! This unit is sold for parts not working due to age and delicate vintage electronics from 1972. No returns, refunds, no exceptions due to people who swap parts and try to scam the seller.
