Description: This fan was plugged in and tested. The blades do turn on when the fan is plugged in and turned on, but the blades are occasionally a bit slow to start turning and occasionally require some coaxing to get moving. The fan will likely require some adjustment and/or repair work to resolve this. Measures approximately 9 inches long at the longest point by 10 1/2 inches tall by 5 1/2 inches wide. Quite dirty and dusty throughout from age and use and could use a good cleaning. Heavy to very heavy scratching, scuffing, general wear, paint wear and surface rusting throughout from age and use. The surface rusting is heaviest on the base and bottom exterior sections throughout, on the blades throughout and on the cage surrounding the blades throughout. Some areas of deep scratching throughout the surfaces of the blades where someone likely tried to clean them with steel wool or a wire brush. The metal cage surrounding the blades is slightly to moderately bent in various places and there is a small break in the metal along the bottom right rear edge. Most of the original green felt on the bottom is no longer present. The power cord is a relatively new replacement and is in great condition. See pictures for a better idea of condition.
