Wood frame is gold tone color & shows wear but glass is in-tact - some wear on the paper backing also. There's a small black plastic plaque on back of frame above the COA that reads, "Compliments of Carl Zeiss Inc." Measures approx. 11" x 9". A great hockey collectible.
