Description: This custom piano with stool has been assembled using only new LEGO parts. It will be carefully packed in a corrugated cardboard box so that it remains intact in transit. No instructions are included. Minor reassembly may be required. This item will be shipped via USPS first class mail. LEGO items are shipped 2-3 times each week. We want our customers to be happy. We normally provide positive feedback for buyers within 24 hours from the time that purchases are shipped. All LEGO items are stored in a clean and smoke-free environment. Shipping and Handling Charges If you are purchasing multiples of this item, each additional piano ships for only 50 cents. Combined shipping of different small items is provided, but must be manually adjusted. The best shipping rates for different items are achieved by requesting an invoice adjustment after you have added all items to the shopping cart and committed to the purchase, but before any payment has been sent. You have to commit to the purchase of the items in your shopping cart before we can adjust the shipping charges. Shipping quotes are also available upon request. Refunds of excess shipping charges are also provided if multiple items are purchased without requesting an adjustment of the shipping charges. Each refund issued is subject to a $1.00 processing and handling charge. If multiple items are placed in the shopping cart and a single payment is sent for all of the items, than any excess shipping charges will be refunded in a single payment minus the $1.00 processing and handling charge. If multiple items are purchased and multiple payments are submitted, then any excess shipping charges have to be refunded in multiple payments. For example, if six items are purchased and paid for individually, then any excess shipping charges will be returned with up to five individual refunds and a total process and handling charge of up to $5.00. Sales Tax Sales tax, if applicable, is collected by Ebay and submitted directly to state authorities. If you live in a state subject to sales tax on internet sales and you do not like these sales taxes, please complain to your elected state officials who have imposed these taxes on you. Returns Returns are accepted, but we do not refund shipping charges or pay for the return shipping costs. Returned items must be in the same condition as received. Items in factory-sealed LEGO packaging must be returned in the unopened factory-sealed packaging in order to receive the maximum eligible refund. Since round-trip shipping costs will exceed the cost of many of the items we sell, you are encouraged to make sure that you want an item before you purchase it.
