Description: You are looking at a Hand made Native American Peace pipe. You will receive the exact pipe and stem shown in the photos. These are hand made, as with all my work you’ll find minor artist imperfections. This particular pipe the bowl hole is pretty far off. I have discounted the price to make up for that. Be sure to view the photos closely. It is brand new, fully functional, never been used or blessed. Would work well for a ceremonial peace pipe since it is large allowing for plenty of people to smoke from it or it would make a fine addition to any collection. The stone was quarried from the sacred quarries at the Pipestone National Monument located near by. It is authentic Pipestone quarried by hand. The bowl itself measures 5-3/4 inches long and stands 3-1/8 inches tall. Each pipe is unique and beautiful in its own way. Please see the photos to see the finer details. The stem alone measures 18 inches long. It is burned to high light the natural beauty of the wood grain and decorated with bead work laid on deer hide leather fringes. The stem is sealed tight to the bowl when connected with no air leaks and has an excellent draw. I have two photos of the pipe and stem joined together. This is to show you that it is drilled straight. The total length of the pipe bowl and stem when connected is 23 inches long. The pipe is signed “Loud Thunder” as that is my given Indian name. I am a 5th generation Pipe maker, a lineal descendant of the Sisseton-Wahpeton Tribe although not enrolled myself.
