NOW WITH THE KING'S CROWN AND CYPHER This Helmet badge is shown in polished white metal, with blue detailing behind the words 'Metropolitan Police' as are the actual badges worn by officers when on duty. The reverse shows the famous profile of THE ELIZABETH TOWER, usually referred to as 'BIG BEN'. Which forms part of the HOUSES OF PARLIAMENT in London. The building is shown as viewed from the River Thames alongside Westminster Bridge. Behind the tower is the British Union flag in glorious full colour - red, white & blue. The centre of the flag displays the 'THIN BLUE LINE' - recognised worldwide as the symbal of the Police service. The wording on both sides of this coin are in white metal as is the milled edge of the coin. This challenge coin is contained within a FREE removable two piece protective plastic capsule, as shown in the photographs.
