Description: Wow!! This one is big! This is an absolutely fabulous design original Navajo, Indian Germantown weaving. This dine blanket dates to the last quarter of the 19th century. It has all the bells and whistles. The black and white with all the colors really makes it stand out. Larger size and measures just over , 50” x 86” in each direction. Unfortunately I am selling this museum were the rug AS IS, needing to be restored. I bought it with the full intention of doing so, but have others ahead of it. I have tried to picture everything so nothing is hidden. Both sides are pictured. Side number one is vibrant and colorful with no fading. There is some red run and a few very minor holes. There is a canvas patch to the edge that I believe the original rug is missing underneath. Side to has significant fading on 1/2 as pictured. There is dye run? on the other half. Again, please see pictures and zoom up close as I have tried to show everything. If you want more pictures, please let me know. Please don’t hesitate to send any questions. Buyer will include $30 for priority box shipping fully insured. Thanks for looking.
