Description: This is a Museum Quality Flat Bottom Native American Mortar & Pestle Made by the Chumash Tribe. The artifact was found on a farm in Santa. Barbara California in the 1940’s. This fine artifact was acquired from the Marin Co Indian Art Show. The mortar weight is 19 pounds and measures 9” wide x 6” tall. The pestle measures 8” long.
