Description: **THE CONDITION OF THIS WAR DOCUMENT IS UNMATCHED AND WAS PRESERVED REALLY, REALLY WELL!** You are looking at an original reportdocument from the French Ministry of War communicating to Napoleon Bonaparte regarding the celebration of the birth of his child. This document is dated March 17, 1813. This signed document has been authenticated by JSA and comes with a full LOA. The certificate number is unknown as they don't put the serial sticker on historical documents but I should receive the full LOA from them around the end of July, early August. If you win this, I will ship the JSA LOA as soon as it comes in. The Ministry of War requests Eagle awards for a foreign regiment like they do for their regular French regiments and the Emperor writes he does not recall awarding Eagles to this regiment and then says no and then signs on the left side underneath his answer. The Minster of War, Duc de Feltre also signs. This official document measures 8.25 x 12.16 inches approximately (21 x 31.3 cm)out of frame. it will be framed exactly like my other Napoleon document that I have in my eBay store regarding the preparations for the birth of his child, Napoleon II.
