N Scale Skyscraper / Building/ High Rise/Office Building

Description: Up for sale today is a N scale Sky Scrapper. This is my very first skyscraper design with a extended height. (want it taller? contact me!) Measures approximately: 17 inches tall by 4 1/4 wide/deep. Comes in 3 unglued piece with tabs to help with alignment This is a 3D printed building. If you look at it closely it will have layer lines. Iv done some of the cleanup but may need some additional cleanup/sanding. Like most 3D prints they have some defects. I make custom buildings! Have an idea for a building, prop, or piece? I am a 3D artist and fully custom 3D design everything I sell from scratch and 3D print everything in house on high quality machines. Please note that depending on complexity of the piece it may take weeks to 3D design and most of the time I have a waiting list. Please contact me for more information. Note for most building - Almost all buildings I made were for requests and were specifically made to the size the requester wanted. Most building have a reduced story count to be more trainboard and economically friendly. Because the story count (height) may be reduced, the width and depth may have some windows removed so building looks realistic and not overly wide/deep. Because of this some buildings in the same area might not be proper height to one another. I can remodel most buildings to meet your needs so if you wanted something shorter or taller or in a custom size so please contact me for more info. Changing the size will ultimately change the price.
