Description: "My High School Days" is an unpaginated, 5.75"x8.25" hardcover published in 1908 by H. M. Caldwell Company (New York). Almost every page features wonderful period illustrations, some in color, by L. J. Bridgman. It's a "memory book" in which the student was expected to record his or her school experiences. In this case the previous owner wrote his name on the first page filled his name in on the "Being a Record Of" page, and wrote down all his teachers on two pages. The interior is otherwise unmarked. The book is in acceptable condition. The green cloth boards are frayed and have loss at the spine ends, a long, straight indentation at front bottom, a faint moisture stain at back top, edge wear, various small spots. The binding is shaken. It's cracked at the second page. The interior is age-toned.
