The Multi-Code 3083 key chain remote is a very popular remote used with automatic gate system for apartments and gated communities as well as older garage door openers. This is a brand new item that comes from the manufacturer as a dealer bulk purchase pack and are individually wrapped in a plastic bag (no box) and include Velcro strip, battery (installed) and programming instructions.
