Two of the pole clips on the rain fly are ripped off, but they are included in the bag, could be glued back on. No rips or tears on the fly or the frame of the tent. All five poles are included and are in great condition. Includes stakes and guy out lines. Tent has a bit of a smell from storage, could likely be washed out. Includes footprint.
