Description: I'm selling this MOTOROLA XTS3000 radio in black that is UHF 450 to 512 P25 that powers on just fine and tested my self, and I'm throwing in a mic (untested) and two batteries (untested) and an a antenna. I brought this along with many more of them at a county auction. The county was selling off the entire radio system and upgrading to a newer one. I'm not a radio programmer and know nothing about programming so I can not program radios or tell your if is "locked" or not. Some people said it was locked and some have said they are unlocked. Either way, I can not tell the difference so please do not message me after buying these and saying theirs a programming issue. Any radio shop can program these radios. And if they can't, then more then likely they don't know what there doing because I have had several people telling me they were able to get them programmed.
