THE SILK ON THE SHOULDERS, BELTING, AND TOP AND BOTTOM OF THE SILK ON THE SKIRT ARE EDGED IN CORDED SILK RIBBON, GREEN SILK RIBBON, AND BLACK SILK SATIN RIBBON. THE SLEEVES ARE SHORT PUFF STYLE WITH A GATHERED BOTTOM EDGE AND ARE FULLY COVERED IN A HAND MADE APPLIED NET LACE IN LARGE BELL FASHION.
