Collects Mortal Kombat X (2014 DC) #5-8.Written by Shawn Kittelsen. Art by Dexter Soy. Cover by Stephen Segovia.Scorpion and Takeda's search for Sub-Zero leads them to find an entire city that's been frozen solid! Meanwhile, Sonya and Johnny's quest to rescue their daughter is interrupted by the Outworld Civil War-and a Shokan uprising led by Kintaro! I am not an official comics grader, but I try to be as thorough as possible when assessing books for any flaws. I don't believe in using a number grade system - to me they are mostly utilized as a method to be ambiguous about exact condition and/or individual imperfections - but I do attempt to describe anything other than minor cover shelf-scuffing/scratching in detail. If a certain flaw discussed below does not mention that it affects inside pages, then it does not. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This copy is in very good condition, with a solid spine and great inside pages (photo#13 example). Other than one outer corner crease, it has few and lesser signs of external wear. **Photo#4: -Upper spine corner: Minimal wear. **Photo#5:-Lower spine corner: Minimal wear. **Photo#6: -Front cover top edge: Little if any shelf-wear/scuffing.-Outer corner: ~1" crease/depression/bend around corner (photo#10 w/illumination), goes thru ~1/3 pages as an indent that grows lighter as it travels, and thru all pages as a light bend. Corner itself has minimal wear. **Photo#7:-Front cover bottom edge: Small scuff at its middle, with otherwise light shelf-scuffing/wear if any.-Outer corner: Tiny/light scuff. **Photo#8: -Back cover top edge: Little if any shelf-wear/scuffing.-Outer corner: Very light ~1.5" indent from front cover's flaw (photo#11 w/illumination). Corner itself has minimal wear. **Photo#9:-Back cover bottom edge: Small scuff at its middle, with otherwise light shelf-scuffing/wear if any.-Outer corner: Minimal wear. **Additionally: Front cover possesses a ~1"x~1" patch of light sticker residue near the top outer corner (photo#12 w/illumination, might come off; I prefer not to mess with them). ~1" crease/depression near page edge's middle.
