Description: This is a vintage military uniform hat from the age of the Army Air Corps when it became the US Air Force. It is a very dark blue and has never been used. The size is 7 1/4 in men's hat sizes.The shape is that of a large tam or beret for a military uniform. It is a dark blue wool. The cap has a flat round top that looks like it is slightly higher at the front. There is a black fabric band below the wool twill of the top.The underside of the cap is a gray fabric covered by a clear vinyl in it. There is also a business card size clear plastic pocket. There is a fabric covered tube type shaper in the interior of the widest part of the wool. The hat is of course pre owned and in a vintage good condition with no stains, snags, odors, or other damage. This was never worn. Please feel free to ask any questions you may have.
