Description: Mikasa Skyline Votive Candle Holder Green Heavy Lead Crystal Czech Republic. Tiny flaw. Preowned with label attached. 3 1/2 inches tall 4 1/2 inches diameter at top. There is what "may" be an unintentional inclusion in the glass. I do not feel any nicks or cracks but it appears there may be a tiny speck of something in the glass..the area feels smooth.
