Description: Beautiful Mid Century Modern walnut desk from the Artisan Collection by Bassett Furniture Company. The desk features an upward curving lip which is a signature feature of the Artisan line. The back side of the desk is also finished allowing you to position it in an open concept room with all sides visible. Danish style sleek solid walnut tapered legs attach seamlessly to the sturdy frame and lend an open and airy feel typical of MCM furniture. Ample space for storage with two drawers on the left consisting of one smaller and one large drawer (with the facade of two drawers) and one long "pencil" drawer positioned in the center. All drawers have dovetail craftsmanship and have the masterful pulls that are exclusive to this design. The walnut grain is impressive in its figuring.
