MICRO MACHINES PREPRO 2001 HASBRO STUNT DOUBLE COUPE w/Wrong CORVETTE

ITEM DESCRIPTION: 2001 Spanish packaging Micro Machines STUNT DOUBLE COUPE (Coupe Transformable) - Hasbro Playset. I picked this playset up along with a number of other exciting items from an old Hasbro storage facility in China. The bonus vehicle included is a 1954 Corvette found only in the smaller 2001 Crash and Bash playset! (The correct bonus for this playset would be the 80s Corvette in lime green with yellow stripes.) Notice the preproduction gray pole in the front which is starkly different from the normal dark brown in the routine production playset. Additionally, the paper holding the bonus Corvette does not include the extra bracing cardboard underneath that should be present. The tie downs are draped across the playset vehicle instead of more properly hidden as found on the production playset. The launcher is orange instead of the correct black - and still sealed in the original bag! This is a unique opportunity and item to add to your collection.
