She is 8" and all vinyl, and all movable. She has nicely painted facial features, and long blonde hair in braids with bangs and bows. She is well dress in a nicely made dress, slip, pantaloons, tights and shoes, hat and eye glasses. She has a hang tag and certificate, Limited Edition 737/5000. This is a very sweet doll.
