All orders must be placed before the FOC date. Those that do not make the date will not receive the item. Furthermore, for those that watch items, if there is not enough demand for the item, some items will be pulled down on or before the FOC date. Mixing of presale and in-stock items will not ship until all items are available. For example, if you purchase an in-stock item today and a presale item that will not be available for another 30 days, your entire order will ship when the presale item is available to us. Combined Orders We will do our best to combine the shipping on all your orders. However, if we have already shipped an order you placed, we will not be able to combine shipping once the original order has shipped. This situation works out in your favor for presale items, as placing several orders on different dates is possible. Still, we have a single shipping date once we have all items available. Will will typically ship all orders for a given month. For example, if you place more than one order and all items become available in a particular month, we will combine and ship those items to you.
