Description: This is a very special, collectible work of folk art imported from the master of cartoneria work who started it all, the late Pedro Linares of Mexico City. It’s an ode to Guadalupe Posada’s figure “Catrina” created in painted papier mache. She is depicted in fancy dress and bonnet, snake boa wrapped around her neck. She also comes with an umbrella that I forgot to include in the photo shoot! She measures approximately 35” in height by 11” in width and depth. This is a vintage piece but in good condition despite the age. It came from the collection of Stephen Davis who left us last year. Shipping in the U.S. will be $48.00. Paypal and checks accepted and all auctions are unconditionally guaranteed. Thank you!
