Instead the headset comes with its own custom head-strap, and controller straps for better comfort and experience The charger has never been used, so both the chord and wall plug are still in its original packaging. This headset is fully functional and working. I just don’t use it at all and only put it on to go on YouTube but it causes a headache for me.
