Mattel Battlestar Galactica Space Alert Handheld Electronic Game 1978 Vintage

Description: FOR SALE to US buyers only - all others will be cancelled. Vintage Mattel 1978 Battlestar Galactica Space Alert handheld electronic game from original owner. Runs on 9v battery (not included). Original box included (not the styrofoam, just the box)- condition can be seen in photos (there are some splits on it). The game works - see video, probably not as good as it did 46 years ago, but it does work. The digital score readout is missing the top marks - see the photo of the 2 "U" at top -- those should be two zeros. Additionally, the battery clip has the blue plastic torn a bit on one side exposing the solder from the wire to the clip. Being that it is from 1978, there are no guarantees about its functionality. Although I do not have the original manual, I have posted scans of the manual that I found on the internet in the listing photos. See my other listings for more vintage electronic games!
