To my knowledge this replaced the joint staff service ribbon awarded to those who served on the Maryland national guard joint staff. This is the second run of badges unnumbered. Just keep in mind I sell on eBay as a hobby to support my endeavors is a boy Scout volunteer I also serve in a few other institutions as well with work in life commitments.
