This is a coin filler system where the provided and matching coin is pushed in the slot, compressing the pressure bar/ ink sac and fills when released. At any distance at all the pen looks like a nice rich brown pen but as you can see in the closeups, the celluloid is incredibly beautiful and full of color and changes character depending on the background. You get amazing color without getting tacky. The pen came to me unused and has not been filled or written with. I have too many pens and this one has to go.
