Description: Three volume set obtained from a Jesuit library that is slated to be closed. All three volumes display the following: library call numbers on spine; heavy fading to lettering on spine; rubber stamp markings on front pastedown with ink transfer to opposite page; pencil markings on front pastedown; rubber stamp marking on title page with ink transfer to opposite page; library sleeve affixed to back pastedown; chipping to head and toe; typical handling and shelf wear; shelf wear to front bottom edge; tanning to pages; scuffing to covers. Volume 1: bubbling on front cover; two significant gouges on spine. Volume 2: bubbling on back cover. Volume 3: bottom corners are bumped; bump along fore edge of back board. I didn’t notice any other defects or writing to the interior pages. Please see photos.
