These pants are in excellent condition. The material is lightly sueded from wash. This makes the material clings when unfolding but there are no rips, stains, holes, or pilling. Size 4. Still pants are known to fit larger and can fit up to a size larger than marked. They still fit 4 but could also fit a 6 in my opinion. No longer in stores. Please check the measurements below to ensure a proper fit. Measurements were taken while item was laying flat. All of my items come from a smoke-free home.
