Description: Gas Metal Melting Furnace is used to melt brass, gold, silver, copper, aluminum, zinc, tin and other metals with melting points below 1450 ° C(2642 ° F). Suitable for most fuels, liquefied gas,LPG, propane, etc. Many other people's single burner furnace or double burners at one side furnace have a problem, the flame can only heat one side of crucible strongly ,especially if you use a big size crucible, the flame can only reach to 1/3 or 1/2 wall of the crucible, the opposite side has no flame. So we often saw that some part of metal in crucible has been melted, but some other part is not yet. It means you need longer time and more gas to melt whole pot of metal, my dual burners have solved this problem by heating 2 sides of crucible at the same time, it can save 50% time and 20% gas cost. As we know, 40%--70% gas energy is actually escaping in heating process, that is big waste . So if you melt fast, you save more propane cost. You also can use only one burner by shut off the valve ,and block one hole on furnace body with ceramic wool. Kind remind: 1. Do not use it to melt iron, that will shorten the life of the furnace. 2. Graphite crucible is consumable, you can change a new one according to your requirement. 3. Use safety goggles, mask as well as gloves while casting metals. 4. The ceramic insulation blanket is not asbestos .
