Description: THIS ITEM IS INTENDED FOR USE ON LS ENGINES. It is intended to recirculate the coolant that would otherwise go to the heater core, and is vastly safer than blocking the coolant ports on the passenger side of the pump. Our bypass hose is a direct replacement for the factory heater core hoses when running a heater core is no longer desired. Unlike a simple U-hose, our hose has the correct diameter sizes for the feed and return. The feed and return port are not the same size! It is HIGHLY recommended to use this hose rather than simply capping the ports. Capping the ports can result in a blowout of the caps.
