This one is in excellent condition. The figurine is made of cold cast porcelain and was beautifully hand-painted by Border Fine Arts in Scotland in 1978. The item was personally signed by Lowell Davis on the bottom in 1981, adding to its value and authenticity. This piece is a must-have for any lover of Lowell Davis art, dogs, or country style decor.
