Everything pictured is usually included, manuals, discs, cables, accessories etc (equipment hooked up for testing is not included e.g. my monitor) If it’s not in the pictures then it’s not included, this includes but is not limited to original box, cables, discs, manuals EVEN ACCESSORIES NEEDED FOR THE DEVICE TO WORK (e.g. batteries) (unless otherwise mentioned or pictured) All items have been tested since 2018, Items tested since 2024 will have a tested on date, (items tested 2018-2023 may not have an exact date) ALL Items will be tested again after purchase If an item fails testing before shipment (this has NEVER HAPPENED to a previously tested item but I like to have a policy in place) the sale will be cancelled and the buyer will have the option to buy the item at a lower price. Item will be held for 7 days before being relisted at a lower price “for parts or not working” Components are tested with a verity of methods including: memtest, PCIsniffer, video memory stress test, various CPU stress test, Direct X diagnostics, 3Dmark, various in game benchmarks and other tools both bootable and in Windows (all components are tested to work in windows device manager) Not all components are compatible with all tests (e.g. video memory stress test fails most newer cards and/or only sees ½ of the VRAM) (NO RETURNS if a working component fails an incompatible test AND works correctly in windows) NO RETURNS IF YOU FLASH OR UPDATE THE BIOS or firmware (even if you restore it or reflash the same version) All components are shipped inside anti-static bags that are wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in a rigid box with padding. VIDEO CARDS: Video cards are guaranteed for the duration set by eBay (normally 30 days) this includes all functions except the fan (fans are guaranteed to arrive in the condition as described (fans are considered to be in good working condition if they are not specifically mentioned) but may fail under extreme use) Abuse and improper use or installation are not covered (e.g. if using a universal AGP board you must read the manual because not all universal AGP ports support both 3.3v and 1.5v (Soyo SY-P4X400 DRAGON for example) All Universal AGP cards are tested on both 1.5v and 3.3v boards unless otherwise noted Cards are not guaranteed to be compatible with your system, you need to make sure the card is compatible before ordering (the cards I sell ARE GUARANTEED to work in compatible systems) Replacement of thermal paste / pads and fans might be advisable due to the age, however NO RETURNS once you do. I recommend using “thermal grizzly kryonaut extreme” (only buy from authorized sellers) DO NOT REMOVE HEATSINK FROM OLDER CHIPS THAT ARE GLUED ON unless you are a professional (NO RETURNS IF YOU REMOVE A GLUED ON HEATSINK) Theres no point in repasting a working component unless you’re using thermal grizzly kryonaut extreme. Again, I will NOT REFUND components that have been repasted
