Deluxe KLEENCUT U.S.A. stamped on the front. These dont look like they were used much. They seem to cut well also.*Note that I only tried cutting with these on paper. I did not try any material. They both seem to work fine and dont seem to have a lot of wear. I have a lot more scissors I am going to list and these are by far some of the nicer ones.*If you have any questions just ask, I check my eBay all the time.
