Description: This lot consists of 16 sets of USPS "Mint Set of Commemorative Stamps" books with sealed stamps included. The books are from the 16 years from 1974-1989. They've been kept in their protective envelopes so they are all still in great condition. The protective envelopes themselves show significant signs of wear and have been written on. I'm also throwing in the books and stamps for 1972 and 1973, but these two books' stamps have been removed and placed inside the stamp display area of the books. While unsealed, the stamps are still in good, undamaged condition. Of course, for all other years (1974 to 1989) the stamps are still sealed in their original packaging (see photos).
