Description: This was the original Long Beach 888 Elks lodge building that no longer exists. This medal is a true piece of history. It was produced by Robbins Co Attleboro in July 1915 and features the BPOE Elk's Home Fraternal Order emblem. The medal is enamel and in fantastic shape, with no damage or wear to the design. Elks Lodge 888 Long Beach - Los Angeles Masonic / Freemason medal pin in good shape. Circa 1915. Measures approx. 3 5/8 inches long and 1 3/4 inches wide. Gold filled with inlaid enamel. Top reads: LOS ANGELES JULY 1915 and 888 LONG BEACH ELKS HOME and LONG BEACHOCEANFRONT NO WINTER HERE on the backside. This was the original Long Beach 888 Elks lodge building that no longer exists.
