Description: This is a new panic shield as shown. I have 3 available and all have similar cosmetic spots where either the metal isn't smooth or the black paint clumped. I've shown an example in the last photo. The paint is not in danger of flaking off. These shields are mounted on an existing gate and allows the gate to be converted into an emergency exit by mounting a panic bar device onto the shield.
