It takes me 3/4 hour to sew every one of these covers. Cold weather cylinder heaters protecting down to -20 are available and can be used over our cover. We recommend the Powerblanket. BE SURE YOU CHOOSE THE CORRECT SIZE TANK IN THE TYPE PULL-DOWN. The 100# tank is very large, commonly used for RV's and heating. If you are in doubt, the 100# tank is about 46" tall and 50" around. If your tank is 28" tall, it is a 40#, or if your tank is 24" tall, it is a 30#. If your tank is 18" tall, it is a standard bar-b-q cylinder. Click this link for all of our other items! However, the heat will dissipate in the dark of night. Sunbrella is an outdoor fire-resistant fabric that has minimal fading and lasts for years. In addition, we are using Gore Tenara thread that will last the life of the tank cover. ADDITIONAL INFO If you are taking your tank to refill, take the cover off so it does not get damaged.
