Both are Pt1000 sensors, one entering the solar collector, and the other entering the water tank. It has one output to switch the circulating pump. On the output, there is the supply voltage when the output is active. The unit compares the 2 temperature values and switches the output (the pump) if needed. The controller is supplied from the grid from 150V to 240V AC.
