LEGO 70505 - Ninjago - The Final Battle: TEMPLE OF LIGHT

Description: LEGO 70505 - Ninjago: The Final Battle: TEMPLE OF LIGHT NEW, MISB, NIB, NISB, Rare, Retired, Discontinued LEGO set, in Excellent Condition. All of my sets are 100% Genuine Lego. Condition of this set is BRAND NEW, UNOPENED, Factory-Sealed, and 100%Complete. This set is in Great Store-Shelf Condition, and the printed images on all sides are very clear, see the pictures for details. The item pictured is exactly what you will receive, the last pictures are to show that there is some minor shelf wear, some light scuffs and scratches. There are no creases, holes, or other damage to the box, there are a few tiny light indentations on the box, which can only be seen when you hold the box at odd angles to catch the light reflecting off of the box... The shape of the box is not distorted at all. Shipped with USPS or FedEx. FYI, my shipping costs may be a tiny bit higher than some others on here, because I am a serious collector, and I pack and ship the LEGO sets the way that I would want to receive them if I were buying them for my own collection. I usually try to ship the sets within a big enough shipping box, that it allows me to provide an inch (or more) of padding on all 6 sides of the LEGO set box. This causes them to weigh a little more and since the outer shipping box is of larger dimensions, it costs a little bit more to ship, but not by much... I do not ever attempt to make any money off of shipping, I pack them securely as I am listing them, so that I can enter the accurate weight and dimensions of the padding and larger shipping box into the listing for the eBay shipping calculator. I will combine shipping for buyers who purchase multiple sets from me, whenever possible. Just request a total from me using the link in checkout after you have bought all the items that you are getting from me. I will then send you an invoice with the combined shipping cost, after determining how much it will actually cost me to ship the package to you. I always try to ship the same day your payment clears, or at least the day after. I only ship items to the PayPal Verified mailing address that eBay has for you, I am not a drop-shipper. I am not a store or a reseller, the LEGO sets that I am listing are from my own personal collection. They are from a completely smoke-free home. They are in the same condition as I purchased them from the store, unless otherwise stated here. Most of my sets only have minor shelf wear, and I try to show it all in the pictures on my listings. Considering that these are from my private collection, do not expect to see me sell more than one of each set. There are only a few sets that I have multiples of, so if you see one you want, you better get it first, because it’s 98% likely that I do not have another of that same set..! I bought most of my sets at the LEGO Store in California, and so I’ve paid over a 10% sales tax on them. Then I will have to pay about 15-20 percent of what you pay me for them, in fees to eBay and PayPal, so I’m obviously having to ask more for them than I originally paid. I’m also having to re-coup my expenses, like padding, packaging, & shipping supplies, etc... I am not thrilled about having to sell my collection, so I am not looking to lose money on them, I hope to make back what I spent, and hopefully a little more, as the value of the sets have appreciated.
